2-day Team Away Day

“Jacqui delivered a 2-day team away day event for the IT Leadership team in February 2023.  Jacqui understood what we wanted from the session and was able to tailor the running order to that. She was bubbly and outgoing, personable, confident, deliberate, relevant and kept us on track.  She was also very good at challenging us and pulling out the key points that we made during the sessions into a succinct action plan.  She facilitated well, got the group dynamic and added useful observations and challenging questions during our discussions.  It was also nice to see Jacqui spending the down time with us as it really made her feel part of our team.”

Corporate Workshops – Global Women in Leadership Summit

“Jacqui delivered the ‘Be Bold, Be You’ workshops as part of our Global Women in Leadership Summit. These were interactive workshops delivered separately in two different time zones to over 100 people each time which helped participants to understand their values, their strengths and what they enjoyed at work, looking at where they are in their career and where they want to be and tracked mindset obstacles that might be getting in the way of progress.

1-1 Coaching 

“I started 1-1 Career Coaching with Jacqui as I was looking to move into a Senior Management role within Finance as soon as possible.  We started with DISC personality profiling which really helped me to understand my strengths and what I would bring to the Senior management table. We then developed my CV to really reflect who I am.

Jacqui put me through a challenging mock interview and helped to reflect back on my answers to see how they could be improved, to really demonstrate ‘how’ I get things done and my unique skills.  Her support through the interview process helped me to land my first Senior position at a salary level that makes a real difference to my life!  And now that I’ve moved into the role, I’ve been able to get laser-focused on my priorities and what success means for me and the team each week.  I come out of our fortnightly coaching sessions with a renewed sense of positivity and a belief that I’m in control with a plan.”
